Prior to completing his MBA at INSEAD, in France and Singapore, Parik led several consulting projects and, in collaboration with Alex Metzler, crafted the business plan which became Enchanting-India. An avid international traveller himself, Parik has a compelling passion for tourism in India and a comprehensive knowledge of the country’s numerous attractions and regions. Vivek Krishnan Kutty Reservations and Operations Manager Delivering upon the promise of custom tailored travel requires the highest level of interpersonal and operational skills and knowledge - which is where Enchanting Travels' Reservations and Operations manager Vivek Krishnan Kutty plays an invaluable role. After receiving his degree in Hotel Management and Hospitality Administration, Vivek joined the company during the first year of business and has helped build our reputation as an excellent tour operator in India by helping to deliver exceptional custom travel experiences to thousands of guests. Since the beginning he has engaged in the management and development of our reservations and operations teams and has overseen the expansion of new destinations and hospitality partners. Today, Vivek applies his distinct interpersonal and management skills to Enchanting's reservations and operations across India, Bhutan, Nepal, Myanmar, and the Maldives. Sarika Chopra Manager - Trip Coordination Back to top Sarika started as an Interior Designer in India, then moved to the US and worked in different travel companies for 3.5 yrs, where she was mainly into travel consulting and planning the air-travel. Back in India, she worked for a UK based flight services company, taking care of their operations and sales. She joined Enchanting-India in 2006 and is currently managing the English Trip Coordination Team. Never once losing her calm even in dire circumstances is one of her strengths as a Trip Coordinator. Rajesh Kanna Manager - Accounting Rajesh joined Enchanting-Travels in September 2007 as a key member of the accounting and finance team at Enchanting-India. After earning his Master’s Degree in Communications in his hometown of Dindigul, Tamil Nadu, Rajesh has spent almost a decade in Accounts. He is also an avid cricket player and fan. Padma Basethi Manager - FinanceBack to top Padma earned her Master's Degree in commerce from Goa University with Accounts & Finance as her specialisation. Following postgraduation, she worked in finance, but soon found that the travel industry was her calling, as it brought her into contact with many colleagues from diverse backgrounds and countries. Padma joined Enchanting-Travels in the year 2007 and has been managing the global accounts division since then. An avid reader and traveller, Padma brings a cheerful disposition and unwavering professionalism to her role in the Bangalore office. Renuka Salvi Senior Travel Consultant Having worked as a lawyer and legal recruiter for ten years in the UK and Ireland, Renuka caved in to her desire to travel and joined the Enchanting team in March 2010. Well-versed in giving excellent consumer service and finding the right solution to match a guests' needs (and wallet!), she takes pride in employing the same skills she developed in her previous careers to give a high level of service to her guests. Jennifer Marsden Travel ConsultantBack to top A native of the UK, Jennifer has lived and worked in Kenya and India, travelling extensively throughout both countries. Her passion for both travel and India led her to join the Enchanting team in Bangalore. With a background as an author, journalist and spokesperson, Jennifer is also a highly informed specialist and commentator on ethical and environmental living and is thrilled to be sharing India’s cultural diversity in her new role with Enchanting-India. Brenda O'Connor Travel Consultant Originally from Belfast, Northern Ireland, Brenda has a degree in Psychology and 17 years work experience (UK & India) in the Hospitality and BPO industries. Prior to joining Enchanting-India, she spent four years as a Voice and Accent Trainer, in both North and South India. In that time, she managed to perfect her work / life balance and experienced many rewarding, amazing, and unforgettable trips throughout incredible India. Always open to new experiences and meeting new people, Brenda now shares her knowledge and love of India to help design unique and unparalleled trips for Enchanting-India guests. Swati Iyer Travel AdvisorBack to top With 8 years of experience in a customer-centric environment, Swati joined the Travel Industry with the aim to serve guests while encouraging people to travel and experience new cultures. Before joining Enchanting-India, she worked as a trainer at Evolv, a part of NIIT Company, a communication and service delivery-based consulting, auditing and training company. A graduate of Delhi University, Swati is currently pursuing PG Diploma in Technical Writing. She is also passionate about dancing and has a degree in Classical dance. Trip Coordinators Bhawna Sharma Trip CoordinatorBack to top Bhawna joined Enchanting-India as an English trip coordinator in 2010. She holds a Master's degree in Economics and is presently pursuing an MBA through distance education. Bhawna has a varied work experience, having worked as a computer center manager, a content writer and a school teacher, apart from holding painting classes for kids and adults. All these varied experiences help her in dealing with different facets of trip coordination. Ishaan Aurora Trip Coordinator After completing his Bachelor of Tourism from Indira Gandhi National Open University, Ishaan was selected for the top tier hotel management program at STEP. He trained for 3 years under the prestigious umbrella of the Oberoi Group in The Trident, Chennai. Ishaan also worked with Taj hotels and resorts in Delhi before joining Enchanting-India. His charming personality, pleasant demeanour and genuine concern for guests ensure a seamless trip for all our guests.
